Property Management Provides the Following Services:
- Oversees the tax foreclosure program and manages County owned tax foreclosed properties.
- Conducts a public auction for the sale of County owned surplus property.
- Conducts appraisal and analysis for the purchase, disposition or retention of County owned real property.
- Prepares and negotiates leases where County is lessor or lessee.
- Provides various real property support services to other Lane County departments, public utilities, other government agencies and the public.
- Oversees the employee parking program and manages County owned parking lots.

Lane County is currently accepting sealed bids for the properties listed on the "available properties" page. Process and forms for placing a sealed bid are available from the "auction" page. Bids must be received no later than 10:00am on Monday, September 21. Bids received after 10am on September 21 will not be considered. Bids will be opened and winners identified on Tuesday, September 22. The opening will be broadcast live and available to watch from the webcast page at https://lanecounty.org/webcasts.
