Yolanda Avenue

Yolanda Avenue (Pierce Park to 31st Street) has curb and gutter but no sidewalk. Children walk in the grassy area behind the curb or in the street. This project would install sidewalks; however, it has yet to be determined whether the sidewalk will be setback, curb-tight, one-side, both-sides, or wider to accommodate bicycles. The public process will help inform the design elements, including whether an on-street bike lane is installed.
