Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
can help eligible households with their natural gas bill.

Eligible households will:
Meet income guidelines and
Have at least one person with a social security number in the home and
Pay for natural gas through their Northwest Natural or to their landlord

OLGA: A one time credit applied to your Northwest Natural bill.
GAP: A one time credit applied to your Northwest Natural bill.

Income Qualified Bill Discount Program: The NW Natural bill discount program can save you money every month on your gas bill. Depending on whether you live in Oregon and your income level, you may be eligible for bill discounts of 15% to 85%.
