This resource was developed to help Trillium OHP members find outpatient BH services in Lane County. It has expanded to include PacificSource OHP providers, low/no cost providers, and more. We have intentionally added utility to assist as many types of community member as possible, but it is still developed and managed with the priority of connecting OHP members with current availability in Lane County and surrounding areas.

This Tableau dashboard was initiated by the LaneCare Trillium Behavioral Health team and has since expanded to include PacificSource providers and others. Each provider updates their own information on their own time, and the date of last update is clearly visible for each provider.

About the BH Provider Finder of Lane County

This dashboard can be filtered by a combination of these attributes and more:

Current availability by Service Type: Available for Psychiatry, Walk-ins, etc.
Provider demographics: Staff Identities, Languages, Location, etc.
Appointment settings: Telehealth, School-based, In-person, etc.
Specialties by: Diagnosis (ADHD) / Modality (EMDR) / Issue (Anger) / etc.
Populations served: Gender non-conforming, older adult, etc.

Sharing/Saving a Search

One of the most useful features of the dashboard is the ability to customize filter settings and share the results of the search. Whether looking for yourself or creating a search for someone else, it can be really useful to copy and paste the search URL or to use the incorporated features to email the search results to save them.

Since providers are constantly updating data, renewing the results of a saved search is as simple as opening the saved link and clicking "Apply filters and search"!

This allows you or your client to keep some filters needed every time, such as city or specific insurance situation. You can customize the other options on a search by search basis, for example returning to your search to see when new Psychiatry availability opens up in a smaller community.

There are several ways to share already filtered results through Tableau's Dashboard interface, but it is important to know that the recipient must click "Apply filters and search" when they open the link from any share method:

Note: Change as many filters at a time as you want and click "Apply filters and search". If you get 0 results, remove filters one at a time and hit "Apply filters and search" until you get results.
