Cultures of Belonging Trainings 2025: During this 1-hour training, we will learn, engage, and begin to define what a culture of belonging in Lane County is.
- This introductory content is being repeated monthly through the end of the year. Registration available on LEAP here
- 2025 remaining dates: 11/20 (in person at DDS), and 12/19 (virtual)
- 2026 dates: Working on scheduling every other month and will be shared soon!
Trauma-Informed Care Training (non-H&HS Staff): Trauma is more common than many realize — and it affects how people behave, work, and connect with others. This 4-hour interactive training will cover the basic principles of trauma-informed care (TIC).

- No background in health or social services is needed — just an interest in building a more supportive and responsive workplace
