Service Availability
The RightFax service is available for use 24/7 out side of *maintenance events. Support requests are handled during business hours based on urgency and the order in which they are received.

*Server and Network maintenance windows are required to maintain overall infrastructure availability. Typical infrastructure maintenance windows are from 5pm-8am.
