Lane County Human Services Division (HSD) serves as the county’s Community Action Agency and Continuum of Care agency, working under the authority of the Board of County Commissioners. HSD administers a consolidated funding pool of local, state, federal, and private resources to address poverty and homelessness. Through collaboration with compassionate local communities, we empower Lane County residents by providing access to resources that break the cycle of poverty and build stable futures.
    

The goal of this page is to provide resources to the Executive Directors, Fiscal Teams and Board of Directors for those agencies HSD contracts with, allowing for clarity in requirements and funding guidelines so they can better serve Lane County residents with their programming.
