The Youth Services Division operates 24/7, with five division units, and is on the John Serbu Youth Campus in Eugene, Oregon. The division is comprised of the following units: Youth Services Administration, Lane County Juvenile Department, Lane County Detention Center, Youth Services Clinical Programs, and Youth Services Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) Education Center.
