Lane County’s Risk Mitigation Fund is closed effective 05/05/2025.

The State has matched our $20,000 Award Limitation for the Landlord Risk Mitigation Fund.

As a result all counties have been asked to roll up their exiting risk mitigation programs and direct everyone to the State’s HCLGP effective immediately. Any pending claims already received will be reviewed, processed and settled by Lane County. The State will honor all eligible tenancies going back to July 18, 2023.

Attention Landlords/Property Managers – Contact the housing service providers for any eligible tenancies to request they submit a Rehousing Certification to the State, if not done so already. These are required within 30 days from move in. The State will honor any late certifications under the circumstances. Ask the provider to send you written confirmation of their action as proof for any future settlements.
