Cultures of Belonging Trainings 2025: During this 1-hour training, we will learn, engage, and begin to define what a culture of belonging in Lane County is.

Trauma-Informed Care and Public Service Training (non-H&HS Staff): Trauma is more common than many realize — and it affects how people behave, work, and connect with others. This 4-hour interactive training will cover the basic principles of trauma-informed care (TIC).
- Date, Time, Location: 12/16/25 from 1-5 PM at DDS
- No background in health or social services is needed — just an interest in building a more supportive and responsive workplace
Equity Program Advisory Board (EPAB): The next regular meeting is on 1/27/26.
- Received 9 applications for alternate members, panel will be reviewing and scoring over the next couple of weeks
- Recruiting 2-3 alternate members to join in January 2026
