The Diverse Business Directory (DBD) Moving to the Eugene-Springfield NAACP:  After thoughtful review, we’ve decided to transition the DBD away from our website and management. This helps ensure all our equity programs remain compliant with federal law. While it marks the end of one chapter, we’re excited that the directory will continue with a new host. The Eugene Springfield NAACP: where we hope it will continue to grow, thrive, and serve our community. We removed the directory from our website on May 30, 2025.

Though we are stepping away from managing the directory, our commitment to equity and inclusion remains. We encourage you to continue engaging with and supporting the directory as it transitions to its new home. You can find the publicly available data on the NAACP website while they build a new dashboard.

Cultures of Belonging Trainings 2025: During this 1-hour training, we will learn, engage, and begin to define what a culture of belonging in Lane County is.
