Lane County Parks invites the community to celebrate National Public Works Week in May with a series of short, guided park tours.

Voters are urged to return their ballots as early as possible to ensure they are received at Lane County Elections by the 8:00 p.m. deadline on Tuesday, May 19.

One lane of the Divsion Avenue-River Avenue connector underneath Beltline Highway will be closed on Sunday, May 17, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for guardrail repair.

Deadwood Covered Bridge will be closed during the day, Monday--Thursday, between May 18 and July 1 for painting.

The free Household Hazardous Waste Roundup will collect up to 35 gallons of household hazardous waste per customer on Saturday, May 2, in Oakridge.
