The Land Management Division’s Property Records Online application (LMD-PRO) is a portal for accessing official county property related documents such as building, sanitation and land use permits as well as other property related records and historic information dating back to the 1970s.

Mission

The mission of Lane County's On-Site Wastewater program is to regulate the installation, repair, alteration, and maintenance of onsite wastewater disposal systems (septic systems) for both residential and commercial properties not served by community sewer systems.

September 2026: Fee Increase

On July 14, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners passed Order No: 26-07-14-17 In the Matter of Amending the Land Management Division’s Fee Schedule to Adjust Land Use Planning, On-Site Sanitation, and Code Enforcement Program Fees and Ordinance No: 26-04 In the Matter of Amending Land Management Division’s Building Program Fee Schedule, effective September 1, 2026.

The updated fee schedules will be posted on the LMD fee page on September 1, 2026 and in the meantime, can be found on the Lane County Board of County Commissioners Orders, Ordinances, and Minutes website.
