Homeless Prevention - Tenants must be unstably housed or at imminent risk of homelessness to qualify. Income guidelines will vary. Providers will assess each household to determine if they are eligible for services. Services can include; rent and utility assistance, rent and utility arrears, landlord engagement and case management.
