Low Income Housing
Homes For Good – Homes for Good is Lane County’s housing agency and works primarily to help low-income residents find and obtain housing. Homes For Good operates several low income properties, has Housing Specialists that can work with households to identify options for housing and they also operate the local Section 8 waitlist.
St. Vincent De Paul – SVdP provides quality, affordable rental housing to low-income individuals and families and helps people to maintain their housing through a variety of service programs including housing development, rental properties and the Regional Housing Rehabilitation Program.
Cornerstone Community Housing – Cornerstone Community Housing is committed to building quality, affordable housing for people living on limited incomes while offering premier resident services. They operate 8 different affordable housing communities.
Housing Programs for Specific Populations
Laurel Hill Center – Affordable housing complexes for adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses.
Mainstream Housing, Inc.- Mainstream Housing provides living environments for individuals with developmental disabilities and affordable living options open to community members with low incomes.
Oxford Houses - Shared transitional housing for adults in recovery from drug and/or alcohol addiction.
Foreclosure/Eviction/Housing Counseling
State of Oregon Homeowner Assistance Fund – Financial assistance for homeowners facing foreclosure.
Lane County Legal Aid - Cases typically handled are related to housing, benefits, family law and issues of domestic violence.
Springfield Eugene Tenant Association (SETA) - a 501c3 non-profit, public service organization that is dedicated to renters’ rights and interests. We accomplish our goals by assisting, educating, and empowering tenants in the Lane County area.
